For over more than 150 years, Monmouth College
has developed its share of interesting traditions, legends and
mysteries. Your orientation would not be complete without an
introduction to MC's colorful past. Campus historian Jeff Rankin
will present an entertaining illustrated lecture focusing on such
Monmouth lore as the Walkout, the Pole Scrap, "Doc" Thiessen's
Cannon, and the One-Legged Skeleton. The program will also include
some personal anecdotes from guest alumni. |
