Below is an updated run-crew schedule. It is somewhat complex
due to all of the overlapping crews. Please check it carefully
and record it in your calendar. Remember, missing even one crew
can result in failure of a course or revocation of credit for
the assignment. It is possible (even likely?) that we will be
more efficient than anticipated and some of these hours will not
be needed. But it is theatre and anything can happen. If you
arrive always on time and work hard, it is fairly likely the
number of hours will be less than indicated. We will be sending
out excuses for all of you professors in a few days. You will
still be responsible for any work missed in your classes. If you
have work conflicts, be sure to tell your employers NOW you will
not be available. Of course any greek-related conflicts such as
formals, meetings, etc. will not be acceptable. If you need
special excuses as for employers, please let me know right
away. If you are confused by the schedule or want to know more
specifics, I’ll be happy to explain them to you in more detail.
