At the end of this session each woman will be able to list their personal needs and strategically plan their desired outcome.

 

  1. KNOW THE ROLES:

 

At the end of this session each woman will be able to distinguish positions (the negotiating process) from interests (personal, everyday communication).

 

  1. KNOW BATNA: Best Alternative To A Negotiated Agreement

 

At the end of this session each woman will be able to generate a variety of possibilities based on all parties interests by understanding the short-term consequences used and the substantive results pursued.

 

  1. KNOW WHEN TO SETTLE:

 

At the end of this session each woman will be able to recognize when the negotiating process should come to a close.

 

  1. GAIN SELF CONFIDENCE:

 

At the end of this session each woman will be able to improve their perception of their self and ability to communicate.

 

  1. PERSUASIVE TACTICS:

 

At the end of this session each woman will be able to present their position in such a manner that it seems appealing to the other party.
