WHO?

We have started to develop a program that will be designed for just about everyone. However, this training program will at this time be developed for front-line managers with a college degree. The people engaged in this program will be educated and have an adequate background in basic communication skills. This program is aimed to help managers but will be evident in all aspects of the organization. The skills learned will trickle down to all employees due to its relevance in everyday life. Eventually our program will be able to be geared towards all areas of the organization.

WHAT?

The content of our program starts with the basic communication skills and will then build into problem solving and conflict resolution. These skills are extremely valuable not just within the work place but also in daily life activities.

Communication plays a huge role in our lives and to better communicate would make life easier. Our program would touch on various aspect of communication including listening skill, communication up and down the chain of command, as well as being clear in message transaction.

Problem solving and conflict resolution are two difficult aspects of life that people seldom know how to deal with and our program can help. The program will concentrate on identifying problems, communicating through them, knowing all possibilities, and choosing the one to best resolve the situation.

WHERE?

The trainees that we hope will be interested in our program can come from any type of business organization. The business organization interested in our program will fill out a questionnaire beforehand that would help us to cater to that specific organization’s needs. This organization should walk away from out program with the ability to communicate more effectively, solve problem in a fair and orderly manner, and resolve conflicts in a way that best fits the organization.
