Summary of What Was Discussed / Work Done: (Use additional page if necessary)

A good portion of what we did this week was get our previous paper re-written and finished. This paper has been written for awhile, we just never looked it over and put the finishing touches on it. Now, that is done. We also have been working to develop our modules. We have been looking into some media usage for those modules and finding activities related to our topic. We have developed two out of four of our modules so far and are pretty optimistic about the ones remaining. We also got a worksheet done for our presentation and have been looking into what we want to do as far as power point, over heads, or working with a flip chart for the presentation.

Assignments for Future Work / Deadlines:

It is in this group’s best interests and our main goal to get in this final paper ahead of time in order to be thoroughly evaluated and then being able to fix our mistakes. Our target date is Monday, November 12^th so that gives up approximated two weeks before its actually due. We are also hoping to have out presentation ready that day so that we can run it quite a few times to where its memorized, completely ready, and we feel as confident as possible. All of the mistakes will be found during that extra week so that we have a pretty good idea of what needs improvement and what is okay. This is a definite goal and as we continue to work, this goal is becoming more and more attainable. This next week will have us finding exercises to do with the trainees, writing the remaining modules, and getting the evaluation portion done.

Our Assessment of Team Work and Task Progress (Strengths and Weaknesses):

Right now we are really working very efficiently to get this stuff done in the allotted time. Our biggest problem seems to be that all of the classes that we are in have big assignments due soon. Everyone is pretty hectic this time of year and our group members are no exceptions. We will have to continue to work hard to schedule all of our meetings and to make sure that this class is just as much of a priority as others. One member of this group is having a very hard time staying on task at this moment and the other members are frustrated, but dealing. That is our biggest weakness at present time. That member of the group has been given extra work in one aspect of the project to insure that he/she remains busy while the other two group members work together on another portion of the project. Our strength right now is our optimistic view on everything. We all know that we can do this and that we can do a good job, its just doing the work to make it a good job that needs some work.
