decided who each team member is going to interview for our pre-training assessment. From this data, we will better determine
exactly which areas need the most attention in our training sessions.

Our
Assessment of Our Team’s Work and Task Progress (Strengths and Weaknesses):
Our
team is working well together, and we seem to be on the same page about the goals
of our program. However, the amount of research
that we have completed is disappointing.
I think that once this area is improved, our group will be on the right
track.
