Meeting Dates Since Last Report We met on the 23^rd and 24^th to discuss the progress of our training schedule and program

Summary of What Was Discussed / Work Done: (Use additional page if necessary)

We discussed many things. First, we looked at what we wanted to put into the written presentation. We decided what way we wanted our group and our training to go. It was decided that we should add a rough schedule into out written presentation so that Chet would have an idea of what our weekend would look like. Also, we decided to have our training program be a 4 day program, spanning over the course of a long weekend. We felt that it would give people more of a chance to digest everything and not have to be so rushed with so many things crammed into 3 days. Also, this would be a good program because it would most likely be at the school, so there probably would not be that much traveling for the trainees, being that they would most likely already be at school.

Assignments for Future Work / Deadlines:

Work on written and Oral presentation. Also, start the powerpoint presentation for Tuesdays meeting with Chet and memorize the parts that we will be talking about.

Our Assessment of Our Team’s Work and Task Progress (Strengths and Weaknesses):

Everyone is good at different things, and it is benefiting us now. It is coming together and our ability to work together and understand each other is working to our advantage. I feel that we will come out on top on Tuesday.
