Company -- Client Profile The targeted group will be for entry-level management
positions. This position will be for
someone who is a high school graduate or as high as an Associates
degree. This training process will be
for a former employee who has never had a management position before. There will be two types of industries that
the training will be fit for: Hotel management or Restaurant management. The trainees will be new managers now responsible for a
small group of employees, making sure that these employees are getting the
work done efficiently and on time.
They will also be in charge of making sure that high customer
satisfaction is achieved. The educational level is generally a high school
graduate or more preferably and Associates degree but not required. These are promoted employees who have
displayed strong work ethics and leadership abilities at the lower levels of
employment. There is really no set
number of years that this employee has to work. Whoever fits the job description the best
will be the one who gets the job. Of
course if the person who has been there for five years or longer is good at
what he/she does and is fit for the job, he/she will get the job over someone
who has just started. Trainees will be fresh to any type of formal training
on leadership. All training will be
new to all perspective managers. The ages are generally between the ages of 20 and 30
years old, with no discretion on race or gender. Anyone, regardless of race or gender, who
qualifies for the training program is able to attend if told so by higher
management. This is required training program if the prospective
manager wants to be promoted. Their
primary wants for being at this training are:

be more
effective in a new job
a chance to get
his/her foot in the door
have more
authority than before someone who is willing to get the job done quickly
