Communication Ÿ
Our team is
planning to make one member a team leader.
The leader we have chosen will be Heather Burrows. The job Heather will be in charge of will
be: make sure the team meets for necessary outside lab work(meaning
if someone does not show up there will be consequences), she will also be
responsible for turning in the weekly reports to “Chet”, as well as make sure
the group members are doing an equal amount of work by assigning everyone a
certain job with a certain amount of work. Ÿ
The group plans
to deal with frustration in a manor of which we will sit down with an open
discussion and explain our differences.
The group realizes that concerns will come about and will need to be
addressed since it is multi-personalities working together. The decision that there needs to be a
meeting held will be when someone in the group comes to the leader with a
concern. We as a group believe that we
can come to a fair and reasonable conclusion when dealing with problems. Ÿ
The team will
sit down as a group and talk the first time a team member is not keeping up
with the group work or does not show up for a group meeting. The second time
a meeting is needed it will be conducted in the presence of “Chet”. Ÿ
Our team
believes that due to our close living arrangements there should not be a problems with communicating with one another. If one of the team members needs to contact
each of the other members he/she can call or pay a visit to his/her
room. As an
alternate forms of communication the email will be used to make sure
all group members gets the message. Ÿ
A member that
fails to meet the above criteria on a repetitive basis will result in a
meeting with “Chet” in regards to the dismissal of the team member only if
the problem isn’t solved within the group. We as a team agree and will
abide by these rules and regulations of the group. We realize this agreement is binding us to
