Summary of
What Was Discussed / Work Done:
- Monday-
Team C.H.E.T. met to discuss the plan was for lab on Tuesday. Together we read thorough the material
and began discussing possible learning objectives for our training
program.
We also covered the
form that we will follow to create our objectives and we talked about the
S. M. A. R. T. method
that is widely used.
- Tuesday
- Nikki Fisher gave comments on changes that she felt should be made on
the Learning
Objective List. She also cleared up some misunderstandings
among group members.
- Thursday
– It was requested that members email one another their ideas for the 3
W’s so that we can combine our ideas into one. Each group member’s suggestions will
be taken into consideration in constructing the final copy before
submitting to Prof. McGaan. Group
members developed this idea so that we could work around schedules and
we would not have to meet another day this week. On Thursday Crystal also made changes to the
Learning Objective form in order to submit the final copy to McGaan by
Thursday evening.
Assignments for Future Work / Deadlines:
- Make
needed changes to the Product Pitch by Friday October 1, 2004
- Possibly
meet sometime to go over our ideas thus far and clarify ideas.
- Product
Pitch is due in approximately 2 weeks
- Begin
laying out a program itinerary and identify the specifics of each
section.
Our Assessment of Our Teamwork and Task Progress
(Strengths and Weaknesses):
This
week was somewhat hectic for the group.
A huge weakness this week has been communication among group
members. Crystal made a mistake by emailing learning
objectives when they had not been looked over by all of the group members.
Another weakness has been scheduling.
Group members are all very busy due to the time in the semester. Strength of the group this week has been
that all group members have remained calm and collective even though life has
been crazy and stressful. There has
been a huge emphasis on trying to understand other group member’s points of
view.
