The 3 W’s:
Who-Older managers or supervisors that are in charge of younger entry-level employees What-The training program will consist of breaking down avoidance in communication between superiors and subordinates. Older subordinates tend not to give feedback 1)enough or 2)in a positive or appropriate way. The trainees will learn skills in which they can quit avoiding problems and give the younger employees of the “y generation” quicker and more in-depth feedback. These trainees will learn that the trend of the younger subordinates prefer to have their performance evaluated right away. Where-The trainees we can target will come from all different types of companies where more youth-driven employment exits. Supermarkets chains, department store chains, restaurants, landscaping outfits, etc. are some of the types that we could target. |
