Consulting Team Report Form – Report # 3

Team Name: ELKK Consulting Report Date: February 8, 2006

Meeting Dates/Times Since Last Report: Lab meeting Tuesday, we did not meet on Wednesday night at 7:30 until 8:30 due to numerous conflicts with each group member. Instead we divided up the work amongst ourselves to get everything accomplished for the week.

Member Absences: There were no absences from any group meetings this week.

Summary of What Was Discussed / Work Done:

ELKK decided to add Consulting to our name now becoming ELKK Consulting. More importantly, ELKK Consulting completed the 3 W’s and also the objectives. As a group, the interviews from last week were analyzed, thus helping to make precise objectives.

Assignments for Future Work / Deadlines:

All the work for Friday the 10^th is already completed. Now all we have to worry about is getting everything ready for the product pitch, which will not be a problem. Kelsey and Keli are discussing a possible website for ELKK Consulting.

Our Assessment of Our Teamwork and Task Progress (Strengths and Weaknesses):

Strengths: Again, our group works very well together and everyone is more than willing to do their share of the work. We were able to use the lab time on Tuesday to complete the objectives and 3 W’s, thus showing great time management.

Weaknesses: This week our only weakness was not being able to meet outside of the classroom. However, since everything was already completed this was not as big of an issue as it may appear to be.
