Profile
- Trainees come from college graduates, current
college students, the unemployed or in-between careers looking to move
up the corporate ladder.
- The types of jobs our trainees hold are white
collar, work for major corporations or students who struggle against the
competition among other applicants. The level of responsibility in an
organization include first year levels of experience to very little and
internship experience.
- The educational level of the trainees includes
current college students, college graduates and above.
- Experience with previous training include some job
experience needed for a well rounded resume, internship or even up to
five years of workforce experience.
- The age of the trainees would range from 22-30 and
includes females and males. The
demographic characteristics do not apply for the content of the program
but focuses mainly on middle class and college students or graduates, which
would include college career centers.
- Trainees come to our training program voluntarily
wanting to receive skills they can use for a life long knowledge when
going into an interview and to land the job. The trainees will be
one-step above the competition of other applicants in receiving and
successfully completing the interview process.
