Training Program Objectives
- By
the end of our training session the trainees will be prepared and
presentable to the employee which will bring out his or her best
qualities.
- By
the end of the session the trainees will have experience with mock
interviews provided during the training giving them the necessary
practice before a real interview.
- Our
trainees will be confident that they have answered the questions to the
employee’s satisfaction.
- The
trainees will be able to identify the most frequently asked questions
and have prior knowledge to answer these accurately.
- The
Trainees will be able to respond at the end of the interview with
confidence and be able to ask questions of they employer.
- The
trainees will have the competitive advantage and knowledge that will
distinguish them from the other candidates.
- Our
trainees will be able to identify the proper procedures on “proper”
behavior after the interview and will follow thru with them.
