Product Development Team Contract

Team Members Responsibilities:

Steven Godsil: Leader-will be responsible for keeping all team members

focused. This team member will also ensure that all work

is completed to our fullest potential and on time.

Emilee Wilde: Communication Officer-will be responsible for scheduling

meetings and sending out emails with information vital to

the group as a whole. This team member will also write

the weekly reports.

Katie Ehrhart: Co-Resource Officer-will be responsible for keeping at

least one copy of all information we will put into our

training program. This team member will also keep this

information organized and bring to all meetings.

Jamie Schingothe: Co-Resource Officer-will be responsible for keeping at

least one copy of all information we will put into our

training program. This team member will also keep this

information organized and bring to all meetings.

Matt Verner: Meeting Coordinator-will be responsible for making the

agendas for each meeting.

**If any member fails to meet and/or complete their responsibilities, we will discuss as a group what to do to

rectify the situation. All members must attend each Tuesday meeting starting at 8:00 p.m. until 10:00

p.m., and they must attend each Wednesday meeting starting at 8:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m., as needed. If

a member needs to cancel or reschedule, that team member is responsible for informing the whole group

through e-mail, at least two hours before the already scheduled meeting.
