Summary of What Was Discussed / Work Done:

Our group began the process of creating a team contract and client profile.

We began discussion on who we wanted to attend our training programs.

The group also discussed how we wanted to work as a team and how to manage our group as a whole.

We began individual research for collecting documents on visual aids.

Assignments for Future Work / Deadlines:

One piece of information that will help the beginning process of our training program.

Look at some of the past presentations and get a better grasp on our duties.

Dress up for our first meeting with Chet.

The group members need to brainstorm some ideas for a group name by next meeting.

Our Assessment of Our Teamwork and Task Progress (Strengths and Weaknesses):

Strengths: Working well together, already ahead of schedule, we communicate very well, and also corporate very well as a team.

Weaknesses: Conflicting schedules, not knowing all of the material needed to create an outstanding training program. (A.K.A. extra research)
