Summary of What Was Discussed / Work Done:

Today our group discussed what was to be included in our team contract. The team contract will allow us to understand the rules and what is expected of each member as well as help us work efficiently. We also went over our client profile. We talked about what kind of people our training programs are for as well as what we expect our clients to get out of the training.

Assignments for Future Work / Deadlines:

Today we got everything done in class. However, if any adjustments need to be done to our contract the group members will email me their input and what changes they would like to make by tonight. If there are any problems with this we will discuss it after class tomorrow.

Our Assessment of Our Teamwork and Task Progress (Strengths and Weaknesses):

So far I would say our team’s strengths are that we are very creative as well as efficient with time. So far I did not find anything major that I would say our team struggles with.
