Summary of
What Was Discussed / Work Done: This time in lab, the three of us accomplished writing the main
objectives of our training program. This involved writing six to ten strong
and specific goals or objectives for our program to accomplish in this
training program. Then we also wrote out a “3 W’s” page, which involved “Who,
What, and Where.” The Who incorporates the kinds of people who can benefit
from our training program. The What incorporates the contents of your program
and the skills and concepts will be learned and applied. The Where
incorporates where the MC Consulting will find the clients. This was in
important lab session for the group because the Objectives part of the
training program is the most essential part of the project because it
involves what will be accomplished throughout the entire program. Assignments for Future Work / Deadlines: . We need to finish up handing out
questionnaires to various leaders throughout the campus, to receive their
input on our program and what we plan on accomplishing from it. We also need
to revise our lab from the previous week, which were the first two sections
of the previous lab incorporating the main parts of our product pitch paper.
From revising this, we will be more organized and prepared for a more
organized and smooth pitch to Chet. We will also need to conduct some
research in various websites and textbooks to properly become more familiar
with the program we will be conducting. Our Assessment of Our Teamwork and Task Progress
(Strengths and Weaknesses): I believe the group has been working very well with one another in the
past week. We have come to decisions as a group and all offer very valuable
information in the process of establishing a positive work environment. I still
see mostly strengths in this group from the first weeks of lab because
everyone has been on-time and offered positive feedback to the overall group’s
progression. If someone perhaps missed a class period or lab, they have
properly contacted the rest of the group of their absence and asked for work
to do because he or she was gone. Submitted by:
