Meeting Dates/Times Since Last Report: September 12, 2008/2:40 pm and September 16, 2008/2:00 pm

 

Member Absences:  There have been no absences within the Action Training Incorporated group.                                                                                                                                                                                           

 

Summary of What Was Discussed / Work Done: 

-       September 12, 2008, was the 5th day we met as a group.  During this discussion our group met with Consultant Lee McGaan.  At this meeting, Consultant Lee McGaan showed gave us a broader overview of what our training project should in tell.  He simply stated that we need to be sure that we are able to make money for the M.C. Consulting Firm.  He then wanted to know how we would attract our marketed consumers, or how will this be affordable.  This meeting helped out the entire group tremendously, because we were then able to put ideas together, while also sticking to the exact assignments.

-       September 16, 2008, was the 6th day we met as a group.  This was our scheduled lab day together, and it was very essential to Action Training Inc.  At this particular meeting we as a collective group, finished our Training Lab 4 assignment in 1.5 hours.  We came up with 10 solid and discrete objectives, with topics and skills to go along with it.  We worked very diligently, and completed a tough task that was ahead of us.

 

Assignments for Future Work / Deadlines:

-       To re-work on our PITCH, for CEO Chet Amagaan

-       To further our research on Problem Solving while compiling all of the consultant’s information

-       To schedule any outside meeting dates without confusion

 

Our Assessment of Our Teamwork Quality and Task Progress (Strengths and Weaknesses):

-       Strengths: hard working, leadership from all members

-       Weaknesses: “off topic group”
