Team $Money$ will specialize in training for Human
Resource Managers in the retail industry that are interested in strengthening
their communication and interviewing skills. ·
Our training will teach employers how to develop a
better understanding of what qualities a prospective employee in the retain
industry would possess. It will also show them how to conduct the most
effective interview and will improve their abilities to seek the most skilled
candidates. ·
Our trainer’s will be held responsible for furthering
the education of retail employers for potential job candidates. Our goal is to make sure that each company
will strongly benefit from our training sessions. ·
The education level of the trainee’s would be at
least a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalency of a 4-year degree. We will also accept interns who are looking
to improve their interviewing skills in retail management. Our training will consist of multiple
sessions ranging from entry-level to highly experienced employers. ·
No specific age is required for our training
program, but education level will be taken into serious consideration.
Gender, race, and any other demographics will not affect the trainee’s
acceptance into our program. ·
The trainee will voluntarily attend our
interviewing sessions in pursuit to improve their communication and
interviewing skills with employees.
Once the training is completed, trainees will have a better
understanding of interviewing for employers in the retail market. They will
also have a better understanding of who is most qualified to work for the
company and be able to better interpret the candidate’s answers during an
interview. They will also be more knowledgeable about what questions are and
are not appropriate to be asked during an interview. |
