Training Program Objectives:

1. Trainees will be able to apply the knowledge and skills that they learn from our program to their jobs as leaders in their company.

2. Trainees will know how to speak to their subordinates in a way that they are able to understand (i.e. clear, concise, understandable, motivational, etc.).

3. Trainees will be able to keep open lines of communication.

4. Trainees will be able to identify when they are not being good leaders.

5. Trainees will be able to effectively pass on their leadership skills to their subordinates.

6. Trainees will know how to manage conflict effectively.
