The Three W’s

Who- We will be targeting college juniors and seniors who are near graduation. Our targets are seeking to find a job after graduation and our training program will help to make them as prepared as possible to land a job of their choice. By being able to work with them for two years, they will best how to find a job and interview efficiently.

What- Those benefiting from our training will be able to land an interview with potential employers by being able to network and research the job market. They will be able to go into their interview with confidence to make a lasting and good first impression. They will also know how to act appropriately, how to dress professional and be able to ask and answer questions. To best demonstrate these interview tips, we will conduct mock interviews with our trainees using questions off of their resume.

Where- We will travel to different colleges to deliver our training programs. In order for students to best receive our training, we will ask that professors teaching specifically junior and senior classes make it a requirement to attend our training program. This way, the students will show up as a requirement to make the best use and benefit from our program.
