Don't use the assignment to tear apart your fellow classmates, but try to make it a positive critique and possibly
suggest ways in which the assignment could have worked more smoothly. You may want to also focus on your own
performance and review how well you performed as a contributor to the group. Some other possible topics are: was it a worthwhile
exercise? How would you have structured it differently? What did you learn? Please double-space.
What particular purposes and
functions did people appear to have?
Did their position on the issue help or hinder the task at hand?
What kinds of behavior seemed to forward the effectiveness of completing the
group’s assignment?
Did anyone act in a way that had not been expected or anticipated?
Exactly how did the leader emerge?
What kinds of behavior made people potential candidates for the leadership
position?
Did friendships or group alignments that existed before the start of the
exercise affect the outcome of the exercise?
Did any sub-groups appear within the large group?
This assignment is worth 15 pts.
