Discussion on how to train people to market household cleaning products. Discussion on how to communicate within a group and solution decided for individual members. Agreements of a time to meet so there are no absences.

Discussion of Team Work Process:

Decision on a product line and effective way to train on the product. Strengths and weaknesses of the group were gathered. Strengths were assigned a specific task.

Assignments for Future Work / Deadlines:

The next meeting will be for decisions of when each topic will be discussed and trained. Specific material and events will be planned. An agenda will be made for the trainee’s.
