EFN (Educate, Facilitate, Negotiate)

3 W’s

Who:

For adult women who have recently graduated from college, are entering the work force, and are seeking negotiating skills to overcome obstacles such as bargaining a desired position and salary.

What:

Women will gain valuable knowledge and improve valuable skills in the following areas:

· Assertiveness- developing a sense of one’s own dignity or worth in a bold, self-confident manner gaining pride, honor, self-esteem, confidence, and self-respect.

· Bargain power- coming to an agreement where both parties are equally satisfied.

Where:

EFN’s trainees can be found anywhere and everywhere. Women who just graduated from college, community college, or universities who plan to work in small or large businesses/firms will benefit. This training program will make women more effective during the interview process when discussing positions and salaries. These skills will help women maintain a position and climb to higher levels of success.
