We, the members listed above, agree to follow and abide by the rules listed below. We agree to follow these rules knowing that this is for a grade and important to each person in the group.

 

  • We will respect each other’s opinions. If someone has an idea, it will be heard out and discussed within the group. No negative comments that are meant to be disrespectful or hurtful will be tolerated. We will use only constructive criticism that focuses on problems that a member may have with a certain idea or issue, so that the group can look at the issue from different perspectives and reach an agreement that is in the best interest of all the members.
  • We will hold bi-weekly meetings to discuss the progress of the project outside of class and lab. These meetings will be at a time to be decided upon by all members and will be attended by all members.
  • If a member cannot attend a meeting because of a last minute conflict, all other members must be contacted by phone and email.
  • Evan will be the group Liaison. As Liaison Evan will serve as leader to the group.  While his actual duties will change from week to week, Evan will organize meetings, hand out duties to other group members and keep in touch with both Chet and Lee on the progress of the team. It is also understood that Evan will "break ties" in the best interest of the group should an idea or issue be split down the middle.
  • All work will be divided equally amont the members of the team as to ensure fairness.
  • Any issue that is still not agreed upon fully by the group even after Evan's decision will be taken to Dr. McGaan for further advising.
