Meeting Dates Since Last Report We met on September 26 with Lee to
discuss the rough draft of the written and then our group met on the 28th,
29, and 30.
Absences: Evan met solo with Lee, but all other members were present at other meetings.
Summary of
What Was Discussed / Work Done:
We just put things together for the big
presentation on Tuesday. We sat down and read over the entire final written
presentation and then we put together the PowerPoint together and talked about
what we should all talk about. We decided that we were going to try and stress
things that weren’t in the written, because Chet could look that up himself. We
also decided on key points that we wanted to stress in the presentation to get
our point across.

Our Assessment of Our Team’s Work and
Task Progress (Strengths and Weaknesses):
Very good. I think that everything came
together on Tuesday very well. We worked together and knew what we were talking
about and in my humble opinion looked like the best group up there. We had a
clear client profile and clear goals, whereas the other groups seemed to be a
little vague about that stuff. I think that we are working real wee together
because we understand each other, how each other work and what we need to do to
get the job done.
