 Training Product Description

“Who What & Where”

 

Who:  The types of people that will be benefiting from this specific training program will be entry-level managers in the hotel chain business.  They will be individuals who have had previous experience as lower level employees that received promotions within the company.  Their education level is primarily high school graduate or associates degree status. 

 

What:  The content of this program will contain materials that will make them more effective managers, covering skills such as:

·        Interpersonal Communication- This will place emphasis on how the individual will conduct a professional attitude when interacting with his or her employees.  Such topics such as sexual harassment, racial discrimination and ‘boss-employee relationships’ will be focused on in this section as well.

·        Time management- Within this section, the individual will learn how to manage time effectively in areas dealing with scheduling dates for office meetings, interviews etc. 

o          Interviewing of potential employees will be strongly focused on in this section.  What to look for and how to make hiring decisions will be the primary focus.

 

Where:  MC Consulting will find clients in literally any willing hotel chain throughout the United States.  MC Consulting may want to start with smaller hotel chains to become more comfortable with the materials then move on to larger hotel chains.
