The Three W’s

 

Who:  The people attending our trainee programs will be board members, group members, executive members/middle management, and those who work together to make company decisions. 

 

What:  The contents of our program include the following concepts:  principles of conflict and misconceptions, types and approaches to conflict, social influences, responses to conflict, and conflict management styles.  The program will also focus on the skill pertaining to using successful conflict management skills, producing positive communication during conflict, and distinguishing between stages of constructive/unconstructive conflict or climates.

 

Where:  We will find our clients in advertising and production companies, at banks, in law firms, at institutions where boards are made up of faculty, and any company whose employees interact interpersonally.
