Product Group #3 Contract

• Tiff Dismuke will be the liaison of our group. She will be in charge of motivating the team, getting reports in on time, and she will make sure everyone on the team is staying on task.
• The team will make decisions as a collective group. If a problem arises and a whole group does not agree with a decision, the group will talk it over. If still there is not a collective vote, a majority vote will pass the notion. If it is a tie, the team liaison will make a whole hearted decision.
• Team members will be present at every meeting and lab. If some emergency happens to come up, you will be excused. If a member knows in advance he/she will be absent from a meeting or lab, let the liaison know and she will have you turn your work in earlier. If continuing absences arise, the group will inform Chet of the problem.
• Team members will finish all assignments at or before their deadline. Tardy work hurts team production and creates hostility. Members with reoccurring missed deadlines will be dealt with by the group and then by Chet. Possible firing could occur.
• All problems, conflicts, reactions, etc. will be aired out in the last five minutes of a team meeting. This will assure that the group is thinking in the right direction. Also, people’s worries or criticisms should be announced during this time. This will keep everyone comfortable if something should arise.
• Meeting schedules are:
• Tuesday’s 2pm
• Thursday’s 7:30pm
• Sunday’s 7pm
