Consulting Team Report Form – Report # 2

Team Name: ELKK Report Date: February 1, 2006

Meeting Dates/Times Since Last Report: Lab meeting Tuesday, Meeting Wednesday night at 7:30 until 8:30

Member Absences: Laura was absent from lab on Tuesday because of a basketball game. Keli missed the meeting on Wednesday night due to a death in her boyfriend’s family. Each of these absences were valid with the other three group members.

Summary of What Was Discussed / Work Done:

ELKK completed the needs analysis, outline for the product pitch, and the market potential. A list of possible questions were also formulated.

Assignments for Future Work / Deadlines:

An interview is supposed to be done be every group member by lab time on Tuesday. Each member is supposed to keep working on finding relevant information.

Our Assessment of Our Teamwork and Task Progress (Strengths and Weaknesses):

Strengths: Our group members constantly get along and are extremely understanding. There is still yet to be any disagreement between any group members. All group members contribute equally and are willing to do work.

Weaknesses: Finding a time when all our schedules allow us to get together to collect our thoughts. So far, Wednesday nights are working the best for this.
