· The trainees will come from small schools in the area.

· The schools that the trainees attend will pay us to do this training.

· The trainees are students who are preparing to graduate and enter the real world of careers.

· The skills the trainees will gain from our training will benefit them in all areas of their future job atmospheres.

· Experience of these trainees may include internships or previous classes.

· Trainees’ average age will be 20-22 and will consist of males and females.

· People are at our training program because they volunteer to be. They want to further improve upon their oral presentation skills (motivation).
