“Interviewing for Applicants”

Kelli Burgeson will be the formal leader of the group. Her duties and responsibilities include the following:

1.       Insure that all work is completed and submitted in a timely fashion. 

2.       Complete weekly reports and return them to Chet Amagan before the deadline.

3.       Keep the team focused and on track with their duties.

4.       Remind team members of their duties and enforce member deadlines.

To handle member frustrations and complaints the group will come together and discus the issue(s) at hand. Any individual that is has a concern or complaint will express their frustration at the group meeting and a feasible solution will be discussed. It will be expected that every group member will bring her issues to the group and they will not be discussed separately outside of the group meeting. Fifteen minutes will be set aside at the beginning of each group meeting to express concerns.

If a member of the group is not successfully completing her tasks, the group will come together with that member and discuss the problem. If there is a legitimate reason that the team member cannot finish her work, the team members will do all in their power to help that member finish her work in a timely fashion.

It is the responsibility of each individual team member to notify all team members of any future absences. All team members are expected to be notified at least two days (if possible) in advance if a team member will not be in attendance. The following excuses are valid and will be accepted by the team:

1.       Illness

2.       Family Emergency

3.       Previous Engagements

A team member will not be immediately released from the team after a first offense. Each team member is allowed one warning before Chet Amagan is notified of her negligence. The process of removing a member from the team will be completed through Chet Amagan. A team member may be released if she commits one of the following offenses:

            1. Miss one major deadline

            2. More than two unexcused absences for team meetings

            3. The team member is not doing her share of the work as determined by the team leader

                or if numerous team members bring it to the leader’s attention.
