Training Objectives

 

·        By the end of our ­training session, the trainees will be able to analyze a problem that might arise within a small group.

·        By the end of our ­training session, the trainees will be able to set criteria toward a final solution for the problem at hand.

·        By the end of our ­training session, the trainees will be able to generate many alternative solutions for the problem at hand, aside from the initial solution.

·        By the end of our ­training session, the trainees will be able to implement the solution.

·        By the end of our ­training session, the trainees will be able to evaluate the positive characteristics of the chosen solution.

·        By the end of our ­training session, the trainees will be able to evaluate the negative characteristics of the chosen solution.

·        In sum, the overall objective of our training session is to give trainees an understanding of how to implement the Hirokawa Group Decision Making Model in a practical small group environment.
