Summary of What Was Discussed / Work Done: The team discussed and devised a team member work contract. We set specific rules and created repercussions if a team member is to violate one of those rules. The team also discussed the type of client that we will look to target with the interviewing training program. We will look to target any person who is looking for a job and would like to improve their interviewing skills.

Our Assessment of Our Teamwork and Task Progress (Strengths and Weaknesses): The team if very strong. We are all working together well and we expect to have a very successful semester.
