Meeting Dates/Times Since Last Report: 3 (Class and Lab Times)

Member Absences: None, I (Kendra had to leave early for Vball game at 3:20)

Summary of What Was Discussed / Work Done:

This week in lab we worked on our overall objectives. We came up with a list of what our trainees will be able to do after the training is complete. We also completed the 3w’s sheet. We discussed the who, what and when of our training session. In lab we also had our meeting with McGann and discussed what our group’s future plans were and where we saw our training group going.

Assignments for Future Work / Deadlines:

. We finished both our objectives as well as our 3 W’s sheet. What we need to do is get more questionnaires filled out before next lab time, so the information will be more useful to us. We also need to fix our outline from last lab and resubmit it.

Our Assessment of Our Teamwork and Task Progress (Strengths and Weaknesses):

Once again our biggest weakness is finding time for all of us to get together. So we split up the work and do it on our own, which can get pretty confusing and it hasn’t really shown to be the best option. Our group didn’t do too well on the last assignment b/c each section was so different from the next (format, ideas, etc) I believe our group needs to find some better alternative especially when it gets closer to the end of the semester and we need to be finalizing everything.
