TEAM CONTRACT

DECISION MAKING

The group will not have a formal leader instead the group will vote on things by using a consensus and majority vote. Decisions will be made with a ¾ majority. Work will be assigned based upon each members experience, majority vote and volunteer.

GROUP FUNCTIONALITY

The group will discuss frustrations, concerns, and complaints openly at the beginning of each meeting for no more than 5 minutes. Each group member will be required to give a positive or negative comment at the beginning of each meeting. Concerns, frustrations, and other topics must be emailed to all group members no less than 3 hours before any scheduled meeting this will each member of the group to become informed and prepared for issues being discussed.

DISAGREEMENT RESOLUTION

Disagreements will be resolved by a ¾ majority. If a member is not performing as expected group members will meet (including the member not performing) and discuss the problem. Benchmarks will be set for that member to reach. If the member fails to reach the benchmarks a meeting will be scheduled with Chet.

ABESENCES AND CONSEQUENCES

Members must notify all group members of an absence no less than 3 hours before a scheduled meeting by email. More than 3 absences will result in a group meeting with Chet. If a member fails to perform as expected and fails to reach set benchmarks or misses more than 3 meetings the group will recommend removal of that member.
