Meeting Dates/Times Since Last Report: September 23^rd. 2008

Member Absences: There have been no absences within the Action Training Incorporated group, but consultant Kyle Tuor did arrive 15-20 minutes late. This was an excused tardiness, with the decision being made by President and consultant Alissa Diffenderfer.

Summary of What Was Discussed / Work Done:

- September 23^rd, 2008 was the 7^th day we met as a group. During this session we as a group discussed the basic “PITCH” of our project and how will we be presenting it to C.E.O. Chet Amagaan. All consultants gave great ideas, and really showed interest in earning and becoming great employees for M.C. Consulting. After discussing and finally knowing what our “PITCH” is, we were then able to start a draft of our presentation and mid-term paper that will be due soon to Manager/Liaison Dr. Lee McGaan.

Assignments for Future Work / Deadlines:

- Flushing out all errors on “handed back assignments”/ Sunday September 28^th, 2008 @ 1:00 pm in Wallace Hall.

- To work more on our presentation for our training program

- To work on our paper for the training program

- To further our research on the training program and Problem Solving while compiling all of the consultants’ research together.

Our Assessment of Our Teamwork Quality and Task Progress (Strengths and Weaknesses):

- Strengths: quality work getting done (we do like quantity, but the quality of the work matters more).

- Weaknesses: off topic-group (side-tracked easily), overly confident (we know we are doing a good job, but we must realize that there is tons left to do).
