Member Absences: There were no absences by the Action Training Incorporated group

Summary of What Was Discussed / Work Done:

- November 18, 2008 was our 17^th day working together and meeting as a group. During this session we improved our “PITCH” paper again and also decided on which module we would present to the other M.C. Consulting Groups along with C.E.O. Amagaan. The group also decided on certain games and different interacting plans that will happen during the training weekend as well.

Assignments for Future Work / Deadlines:

- Finish working on all modules for the Action Training Weekend

- Start implementing certain appendixes’ in the correct positions

- Be sure to be knowledgeable in all aspects of our training program

- Finish our bibliography

- Decide on a training activity for the presentation to the M.C. Consultants

Our Assessment of Our Teamwork Quality and Task Progress (Strengths and Weaknesses):

- Strengths: group cohesiveness, hard working, and have become very task oriented

- Weaknesses: completion of assignments in a timely manner (not bad but can be better)
