Effective Listening Skills

Training Program Objectives:-

At the end of the program, the trainees will:-

1. Be able to apply listening skills to their everyday life.

2. Be able to identify times in which they are having difficulty listening.

3. Label distractions that are affecting their listening.

4. Change distractions that are affecting their listening.

5. Apply the knowledge they learned in the program to being a successful employee or college student.

6. Be able to teach others how to become effective listeners.

7. Be able to apply their effective listening skills while working on a group project.

8. The trainees will be able to sort through external and internal conflicts and noise.

9. Students will be able to participate more effectively in classes because of their improved listening skills.

10. Students will be able to clearly send and receive messages effectively.

11. Students will be able to synthesize the basics of verbal and non-verbal communication and implement their learning in real life career situations.
