Team Work Contract §
Kim Muys
will be the formal leader of our group.
Her duties as team leader will include the following: 1.
Complete
weekly reports and submit before deadline. 2.
Keep the
group on track and focused. 3.
Maintain
contact with Chet as well as Professor McGaan via email and phone. 4.
Implement
deadlines and insure that all work completed. §
Maintaining
group progress and maintaining open communication within the group is
vital. If disagreements or frustration
arise, the group will compromise and negotiate to find a resolution. The last
ten minutes of all group meetings will be to address any concerns or
frustrations one may have within the group.
All members are expected to voice their concerns within the group and
not outside of meetings. §
If a member
is not performing up to their expectations, the member will be allowed one
warning by the leader. If the problem
is not settled, the member will be removed from the group if not able to
produce legitimate reasoning. §
Meetings
will be scheduled on Tuesdays from two to four and other meetings will be
held during the week accordingly. Our
team must meet for at least one hour outside of class time per week. If a team member will not be present for a
meeting, notification to all members, via email or phone, will be mandatory
within 24 hours of scheduled time with a valid justification. Valid excuses include: 1.
Family
emergencies 2.
Illness 3.
Death 4.
Athletics If
an absence is excused, the member is still responsible for completing their
portion of the work and meet deadline. The end of each meeting will be dedicated to
scheduling the following meeting. §
Any
unexcused absences without contacting members will result in removal from the
group. The same applies to missed
deadlines. All members must attend every
