Summary of What Was Discussed / Work Done:

Our group met in lab to discuss and develop a preliminary clientele profile and team work contract. As a team, we deliberated over what rules each member should follow, and the consequences for not following them. We also discussed the type of clientele we would like to target for our training program.

Assignments for Future Work / Deadlines: Review and revise the clientele profile and team work contract by Friday. The team report is also due Friday.

Strengths- Used time efficiently, worked well together, completed tasks

Weaknesses- Need to be more organized and have less distractions
