Summary of What Was Discussed / Work Done: The team discussed and devised a team member work contract. We set specific rules and created repercussions if a team member is to violate one of those rules. The team also discussed the type of client that we will look to target with the interviewing training program. We will look to target college students who are looking to improve their interviewing skills.
