Solvers: Conflict Management
Training Objectives ·
Our training program will teach our trainees the
five steps to problem solving. The five steps are: confrontation,
turn-taking, options, collaboration, and future avoidance. ·
Our trainees will be able to identify these five
steps and analyze their situation at hand in order to solve their issues. ·
During the training session, the trainees will
role-play with each other as to apply their skills to the five-step program
so they will know how to apply these skills in a real like situation. ·
After the training session, the trainees will be
able to predict future issues and know how to deal with the issue at hand and
apply the five-step system. ·
This training program will also help the trainees
build stronger relationships with friends because they will be able to solve
their problems in a mature manner. ·
This training program will also give the trainees
the proper knowledge on how to set an example and teach others how to deal
with conflict management by applying the five-step system. |
