Team # 1- Conflict Management

The Three W’s

Who- The people that will benefit from our training program will be college students, and the college’s themselves because we will give the trainees the tools to help solve their problems before getting higher-authority involved.

What- The content of our program will be teaching the trainees the five-step program to solving conflict. The skills they will learn are the five steps: confrontation, turn-taking, options, collaboration, and future avoidance. These five steps will be applied be having the trainees practices these five steps in the training program, and hopefully after the training program in real-life situations.

Where- MC consulting will find clients at different colleges all around the country. We will pitch our ideas to them and hopefully the program will be successful enough to have other colleges hear about our training program.
