- Our targeted trainees will be
upper-class college aged students between the ages of 21 and 24. This
targets students who are looking to start their career and have little
experience with the interviewing process.
- Our networking services will be
vital in connecting college graduates with an array of different
occupations.
- Trainees will create a resume,
develop a portfolio, seek employers contact information, and look for
possible internship placement.
- Both male and female trainees
who meet our target voluntarily attend our services to better their
skills in the interviewing process, and to connect with employers
looking to hire.
- Trainees become more
knowledgeable about future interviews and what employers look for. Our
trainees are intrinsically motivated to get the best suitable job
available to fit their needs.
- Monmouth College will be paying
us to place their graduates in the best possible position to be
successful once they’ve achieved graduation.
