“Rudyard Kipling- Biography and Works”. < http://www.online-literature.com/kipling/ > Includes a biography and a searchable database of many of Kipling’s works, including fiction, short stories, and poetry. This site also includes a blog for users to discuss Kipling.
“Rudyard Kipling- Nobel Laureate Writer: Mumbai/Bombay pages.” < http://www.theory.tifr.res.in/bombay/persons/rudyard-kipling.html > This site includes links to online texts of Kipling’s short stories, novels, poetry, collections, and even audio recordings of his works. It lists movies based off of his works, as well as links to other sites.
“Rudyard Kipling: The Overview.” < http://www.victorianweb.org/authors/kipling/kiplingov.html > This site is extremely informative, offering his biography, his works, a social history, a cultural history, characterization, and themes, as well as links to other popular Kipling websites.
“Rudyard Kipling: Writer and Poet.” < http://www.npg.org.uk/live/search/person.asp?LinkID=mp02559 > This site contains a brief biography on Kipling, and lists books and articles on the subject of Kipling and his works. The site is great to begin research, but not very informative otherwise.
“The Kipling Society.” < http://www.kipling.org/uk > This webpage is created and maintained by the Kipling Society, a non-profit organization that is “for everyone interested in the prose and verse, and life and times, of Rudyard Kipling.” Their webpage is easily navigable, and contains his biography, a chronology, selected poetry, books about Kipling, a picture gallery, and a few other links that discuss the life and times of Rudyard Kipling. It is useful when quick knowledge is needed, and also contains links to many other informative sites, books, and articles.

These poems give readers an idea of his writing style, themes, and literary techniques.
“Rudyard Kipling and Scouting.” < http://members.aol.com/randywoo/ bsahis/r-k.htm > This is a very informative site that allows one to discover the multiple facets of the life of Rudyard Kipling. In particular, this site addresses Kipling’s connections with the boy scouts and highlights references in his stories that pertain to scouting.
