List of Questions to Ask Your Interviewee

Note: these questions must ALL be asked of the same interviewee.  You may certainly interview as many people as you like!  You do not have to include the information from every question in your paper, but you must quote from and then cite at least one of your interviews.

1. How long have you known me?

2. What is the story of how we met?

3.  How would you describe my personality?

4.  How would you say I have changed over the years? Which changes were the most surprising to you?

5. What is your best or favorite memory of me?

6.  What did you think I would probably be when I grew up?

7.  When were you most proud of me?

8.  What do you think was my most embarrassing moment?

9.  When you look at me today, did I turn out the way you expected? If so, how? If not, how --or why?

10. What advice do you give me often that I never seem to take?
