Election Poll Book of 1864 lists Walter C. Earp.

A note in the Atlas of September 7, 1866: “Mr. W. C. Earp met with a severe accident on Tuesday by being thrown from a carriage upon which he was riding from the Depot, the wheels passing over him.”

The Census of 1870 has
