Create & Send a Message on Behalf of Someone Else

In order to send messages on behalf of someone, that person needs to add you as a delegate to their mailbox. (For more information, see Add a Delegate.)

Once you have been added as a delegate, follow the steps below to send a message on the person's behalf.

  1. Open Outlook 2016 on a MC computer.
  2. On the Options tab, click From to display the From field.

  3. Click From and select Other Email Address.

  4. Click From select the desired email address.
  5. Click OK.
  6. When you're ready to send the message, click Send.
